Dad do you struggle to connect and communicate with your daughter?

Majority of young girls today struggle to deal with life’s challenges such as their appearance (body image and body changes), education performance, friendships and peer pressure, dating and bullying. This can affect their self-esteem which can result in anxiety and even depression. So how do you support your daughter in this?

Research shows that young girls who have a warm, close relationship with their dads are better able to handle everyday challenges, are less prone to stress or depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviour and eating disorders. They are better able to express their thoughts and emotions, and are more equipped to avoid getting into toxic and unhealthy situations later on in life.
